What you need:
- 1 3/4 kilograms boneless round roast beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
