Benefits of Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Omega-3 is fatty acid gives a positive impact on our body. Omegas are not manufactured by our body; it has to be taken as additional supplements in our daily diet. There are 3 types of Omega-3 fatty acids that we use in our body- alpha-linolenic (ALA) acid, eicosapentaenoic (EPA) acid and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
